BestGames Holdings Ltd was incorporated on 26 April 2006 under the name NetGames Holdings Limited and was admitted to trading on PLUS on 29 July 2006. BestGames is aiming to become a leading independent investor in internet gaming related companies and stocks worldwide.
Through the acquisition of BestPoker.com Public Ltd on 23 February 2007 the Group now offers Poker, Casino and Mobile gaming through BestPoker.com and Bingo and Casino through BestBingo.com.
BestPoker and BestBingo have focused primarily on the Nordic region but as the markets for online gaming spreads throughout Europe and the rest of the world so is the marketing for these two brands.
The Directors of the Company believe that the prevailing strong regulations in many European countries prohibiting private actors will successively be liberalised and open up for private gaming providers in many local markets in the next few years. BestGames is now ready to exploit other European markets as well as selected markets outside Europe.
